Selection Extract Aseprite Extension

Extract selection with ease from the current active layer. any type of selection will be extracted.

if nothing is inside the selection, no errors arise. but a simple notification that nothing is inside the selection.

Any feedback is welcome, improvements, fixes, or even criticism.
